Policy & Procedures:

Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm (Jamaican Time which approximates US East Coast Time) or: 1330 - 2300 (GMT)
Plus After Hours for late arrivals and drop-offs.

Government Tax:
Government requires 16.5% General Consumption Tax (GCT) which is already included in our prices.

Driver's License:
Valid driver's license, minimum 1year old, without endorsement.
Your valid home license is accepted in Jamaica.
Your drivers license must be presented at time of rental.

Payment:
Cash, Visa, and MC
Credit card must be presented at time of rental and credit card must belong to the person renting the car.

Delivery:
Free pickup and delivery service to and from airports, villas and hotels in the Montego Bay areas. There is an additional $60 for pick-up or drop off outside the Montego Bay area. We also rent cars at the Kingston Airport.

Gasoline:
A deposit for a full tank is taken at the beginning of the rental. Simply return with a full tank for a refund.

Rates & Equipment:
Rates are subject to change without notice. The rates quoted are NOT guaranteed until a reservation is made and are subject to availability. Our fleet gets booked-out very quickly, especially during those popular times of year, so we urge you to reserve early.

Sun City Car Rental & Sales, Ltd. reserves the right not to rent anyone who is unable to satisfy credit requirements or who in the opinion of Sun City Car Rental & Sales, Ltd. constitutes a risk.

Rentals & Deposits:
Cash deposits are accepted. Rentals and deposits may be charged to a credit card and are subject to proper authorization by the credit card company.

Length of Rental:
Minimum rental is 3 days.

One day is considered a period of 24 hours and any period of time over this will also be considered a day. Days in excess of one week will be prorated at the weekly rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel reservation 24 hours prior to anticipated arrival. Reservations that are not cancelled by the customer are automatically cancelled 2 hours after the expected arrival time. No charge for cancellation.
