To MODIFY or CANCEL a reservation on SUNCITY, you'll need the confirmation number and contact name on the reservation. You'll find the confirmation number on the e-mail that was sent to you when you made your initial online reservation. If you made a phone reservation, the customer care representative would have provided you with the confirmation number. If you don't have your confirmation number, simply call a customer service representative, give them the details of your reservation and they will be happy to assist you. Thanks for making it SUNCITY!
